THE BELLS GET YOU RIGHT FROM THE START

Hells Bells - AC/DC

The song begins with the slow, funereal tolling of a 2,000-pound (900 kg) bronze bell. The sound of the bell was recorded by Tony Platt using Ronnie Lane's mobile studio inside the bell foundry (John Taylor & Co Bellfounders in Loughborough).

Iron Maiden - The Number Of The Beast

Upon release in 1982, the song caused controversy in the United States where its subject matter caused outrage amongst religious groups. In spite of this, it remains one of the band's more popular songs.
